Jump in! A cultural work placement schemeJump in! People
This brand-new work placement scheme should see ethnic minorities better represented in cultural organisations across the Netherlands. Jump in! will give individuals and organisations a positive experience of cultural diversity, with host organisations providing in-kind support to individuals on placement.

The scheme, launched in April 2008, offers individuals the chance to develop professionally and enables organisations to create direct communication channels with artists and cultural entrepreneurs from diverse communities.

Jump in! was set up by the ECF along with Network CS and Kunstenaars &CO.

We also stimulate creative mobility through our support for the Roberto Cimetta Fund, which is active in the Mediterranean region, and for the website on-the-move, which provides information about international activities, projects and funding in the performing arts.
