Our Reflection groups bring together leading cultural activists and experts. Their recommendations show a way forward for cross-cultural cooperation in challenging times and places.
We help give civil society a strong voice in shaping future cultural policies through our partner initiative, Platform for Intercultural Europe.

We help culture professionals to become key actors of change in countries and regions in transition. ECF Cultural Capacity Development is currently active in Russia, Turkey, Moldova and Ukraine. Moving images
View the results of the oneminutesjr video workshops online! This initiative gives young people aged 12 to 20 the chance to make sixty seconds of video magic, producing art as diverse as its makers.
Also as part of our investment in young people's self-expression and empowerment, we have set up the multi-faceted and international StrangerFestival.
