StrangerAcademy
This year the Stranger Academy will open its doors for the second time in Amsterdam from 14 till 17 October 2009. StrangerAcademy is a place where more than a hundred young video makers from all over Europe can develop their video and storytelling skills. The Stranger Academy provides for both experienced and inexperienced young video makers to participate workshops, to discuss with experts, and to follow masterclasses and presentations, as well as the opportunity to show their work to a bigger audience. The Stranger Academy will wind up with the StrangerAward Show in Studio K, Amsterdam on Saturday17 October.
Win
To enter the StrangerFestival competition, you only need to follow a few simple rules: your video must be self-made, you are younger than 25, and your video is no longer than 1 - 5 minutes. The competition does not have a theme; we prefer to see your story. A professional jury that will judge the videos on the basis of originality and creativity chooses finalists in all categories. There is also an Audience Award where finalists are chosen by website visitors.
Upload your video: www.strangerfestival.com.
