Routes - Princess Margriet Award for Cultural Diversity
First presentation of ‘Routes’, Princess Margriet Award for Cultural Diversity- Brussels, 9 December 2008: The ECF announces the first edition of the award calling attention to those artists and cultural actors from across Europe whose exceptional art works and groundbreaking intellectual contributions lead to a more positive understanding of European cultural diversity. This year's Routes Award goes to Emeritus Professor Stuart Hall and to Jérôme Bel and Pichet Klunchun. As well as the prestige which comes with the Award, the laureates will together receive a total of €50,000.
