Doc Next at IDFA

In cooperation with the International Documentary Film Festival (IDFA) 2010, ECF’s Youth and Media Programme produced a new addition for the festival: Doc Next.

Doc Next screened documentary shorts by young European filmmakers using cheap cameras and the internet as their medium. These works were shown at what is the world’s largest industry and public audiences of documentary film. The programme included a talk show in Amsterdam that put several young documentary-makers centre stage to discuss their work. You can watch it here, and look at photos of the event here.
