The European Cultural Foundation (ECF) (http://www.eurocult.org/) is an independent organisation which supports cultural projects of European relevance and cross-border cultural cooperation; it also promotes cultural policy development for Europe. The intern administers the ECF's mobility fund scheme, known as STEP beyond, is involved in the development of the Mobility Programme and is under the supervision of the Programme Officer.
The goal of the mobility fund is to encourage cross-border cultural cooperation between all European countries, including those that are not (or not yet) members of the European Union. It covers travel and accommodation costs for European artists and cultural operators, and for journalists, translators and researchers working in the cultural field. We would like to invite an intern who:
The intern MUST HAVE a valid work permit for the Netherlands (according to Dutch Labour Law)
The internship will provide work experience relevant to the successful candidate's education, within an international organisation. It involves the following functions:

The STEP beyond team will make interview appointments with the pre-selected applicants, expected to take place during the last two weeks of August.
NB: living in Amsterdam is very expensive and accommodation can be hard to find. Please consider this when applying from outside The Netherlands.
