The Board is the Foundation´s decision-making body.
It consists of a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 12 members, including a Treasurer, Chair and Deputy Chair.
The Chair and Deputy Chair act as the Foundation´s two Vice Presidents.
The Board is responsible for appointing the President of the Foundation, who is an Extraordinary Member. The current President of the ECF is H.R.H. Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands.
The Board is responsible for deciding on the overall strategy of the Foundation and defines its priorities, in consultation with the Advisory Council. It also supervises the Foundation´s grants policy.
